Join an expert staff of registered professional engineers, architects, surveyors, geodesists, cartographers, and data programmers skilled in all aspects of engineering, surveying, aerial photography, mapping & GIS projects. GRW Aerial Surveys, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Field Surveyor in Kentucky.

The field surveyor will be responsible for determining precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, map making, land division, titles, or other purposes. Experience, skills and qualifications should include:

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) registration in Kentucky or ability to achieve registration within 1 year
• Boundary, topographic and route location surveying experience
• Knowledge of GPS and terrestrial scanning technologies, methods, and software
• Trimble GPS, TBC, Trimble Access, Leica ScanStations, Cyclone, AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation experience a plus
• Ability to work outside independently or with a field crew
• Valid driver's license and travel required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screenings
