Senior Project Accountant - Construction/Development Job at Leeds Professional Resources
High exposure Senior Project Accountant opportunity with a very strong and growing real estate developer based in Coconut Grove. This role will oversee project accounting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of day to day accounting
- Financial reporting
- AIA filings
- Project & construction accounting
- Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting ore relevant work experience
- 4+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
