Aspen Hill General and Cosmetic Dentistry is a large multi-specialty practice in the process of expanding. We are looking to add an experienced patient care coordinator to our team!
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure Doctor's schedules are full and be able to quickly fill any open slots
- Track doctor's production and make sure they are on track to meet their goals
- Create treatment plans for patients for future appointments
- Describe treatment plans and explain patient copays verifying that they understand
- Follow up with phone calls to patients after surgeries or extensive procedures
- Answer patient questions regarding their treatment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
