Our client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking Inside Sales Trainees to join their team! This is a great opportunity with a well-established, family owned company and perfect for recent college graduates looking to begin their career in Sales! Additionally, candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience are also urged to apply!

The salary will be from $50,000 to $65,000 per year with additional monthly bonuses that will bring the overall yearly compensation to $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Qualifying / evaluating accounts from a mailing list
• Planning and scheduling visits for outside sales representatives
• Lead generation and customer follow up
• Opening and growing new business
• Will handle additional administrative duties as required

Preferred experience (not required):

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• 1 year Sales or Customer Service
• College Degree

This company offers a three-step training program, they will give you the tools you need to succeed!

• In the first few months you’ll start as a Sales Trainee/Qualifier where you will qualify accounts from their mailing list and log any notes into the database. You’ll also learn their business and how to market their product.
• You’ll then transition to a Sales Coordinator where you’ll start understanding the sales process and working with the outside sales representatives, send samples, adding customer product information into the database, and making calls to customers / prospects to start building your own book of business.
• Once you’ve completed these positions you’ll move into the Inside Sales Representative position where you will build off your knowledge and continue to grow your book of business. This process has the potential to open the doors for an Outside Sales Representative position as well.
