Ai-Media is growing and we are looking to add an Information Security Manager to our expanding team. Ai-Media are leaders in bringing accessibility and inclusion to the production, delivery and consumption of new media. A candidate with an interest in interacting with executive stakeholders and the company’s strategic technology landscape, and a desire to advance into higher levels of opportunity within the technology organization would be an ideal fit for the Information Security Manager.

Responsibilities

- Lead efforts to respond to customer audits and questionnaires related to Ai-Media's security, privacy, and data handling policies

- Review and understand customer requirements and proposed terms and communicate implications and risks to Sales, Product, and Legal teams

- Advise and help deliver security, privacy, and data handling improvements for internally developed SAAS and other products provided to our customers

- Work effectively with Technology and Product teams to ensure operational alignment

- Provide regular reporting to management, including evaluation and reporting on risks

- Advise and help deliver security, privacy, and data handling improvements for operational workflows and internal business practices

- Assist Sales, Product, and Legal teams with customer interactions related to security audits, contractual negotiations, and certification issues

- Assist with operational and vendor management issues related to incident response, auditing, compliance, and other security, privacy, and data protection issues

- Ensure effective security monitoring of our information assets

- Develop a roadmap to achieve desired maturity levels, balanced against reasonable timeframes and budgets

Selection Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Information Security
- Strong understanding of security trends and technologies.
- Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
- Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
- Industry experience in broadcasting, live video streaming, or live transcription is a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Salary: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
