StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand who feels comfortable helping members schedule appointments, explain to prospective members our different programs and engaging with the other staff in a warm friendly environment.

POSITION:

You will be working along side of the General Manager helping current clients book appointments, answer questions and explaining to prospective members the different programs that are available to them. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system, full training is provided.
  • Ability to stand or sit for the time that you are scheduled.
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, email and texting.
  • Must have proficient computer skills. Our system is very easy to learn and we have lots of training tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants.
  • Book and confirm intro classes and recurring member appointments.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
  • Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider. We believe that we change peoples lives and as you understand that be able to share that with clients and prospects.
  • Present available services to current or prospective members.
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club.
  • Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
