Position Summary:
ZBest Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation Services is seeking a passionate, talented, hard-working Corporate Sales Warrior to build relationships with new and existing clients. The main focus of this role is to achieve established sales and profit goals, while helping the ZBest brand grow.

This position often requires working non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) in order to successfully meet clients’ needs. Candidates must also reside in Washington, DC or within 15 minutes of the area.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within your assigned territory

Seek and qualify prospects in accordance with company account satisfaction goals

Determine client business needs and develop proposals for solutions

Evaluate market trends and recommend services to customers, based on their business needs

Remain informed of market conditions and competitors and share information with customers as part of value-added services

Answer customer questions about services, prices and availability and provide product information and practical online reservations training to customers

Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.

Liaise between the accounting department and client and collect all balances due based on approved credit terms

Manage reservations and troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process, such as lack of inventory items, special order items, etc.

Participate in sales meetings, company functions, promotions, customer visits and customer events

Participate in ongoing training sessions

Assist with the training of new employees, as requested

Review and analyze daily and weekly reports, such as special order requests, customer bid files and sales/gross profit margins data

Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credit cards and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions and filing reports

Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Hospitality (earned or in process) preferred or high school diploma/GED with 5 years minimum of sales experience 1 year of outside sales experience preferred

Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Outlook

Willing to relocate to the geographical vicinity of territory if not already residing there

Valid driver’s license with a ‘clean’ driving record, including no single DUI charges in the last 3 years and no multiple DUI charges within the last 7 years

Current automobile insurance with the following limits of liability: $100,000 bodily injury each person and $300,000 each accident; $100,000 property damage required

Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check)

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
