  • Three (3) most recent pay stubs; OR
  • Agency letter verifying TANF, social security, pension/retirement benefits, DE Healthy Child Program, or other sources of income, if applicable; OR
  • If the parent/guardian is self-employed, business license with most recent business tax return

JOB DESCRIPTION
Positions are for income-eligible youth ages 14 – 20. There are a limited number of work leader positions for youth up to age 21 available. Working permits and parental/guardian consent forms will be required for selected youth 17 years of age and younger. Selected applicants will be paid the minimum hourly wage of $12.50 per hour.

Working Hours for the Position (Hours are per week)

  • Maximum hours during the school year: 15 hours
  • Maximum hours during the summer: 25 hours
