Automotive Technician (The Dalles, Or) Job at Ray Schultens Motors
Ray Schultens Motors, located in The Dalles, OR is growing and looking for experienced Automotive Technicians.
Automotive Technician Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience
- Automotive Dealership experience Required
- Ford and/or Nissan experience a PLUS
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Valid Driver’s License
Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
- Perform the work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate directly with the Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
