Job Purpose:
Ensure any and all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Essential Duties:

• Perform visual inspection of equipment damage to ensure features of the vehicles are operational and in good condition prior to sending through the Wash Bay
• Clean vehicle exterior and exterior to meet company image and quality standards, and prepare for rental
• Drive and park equipment on lot, as needed
• Maintain inventory of cleaners and any materials necessary to clean and sustain the Wash Bay and Wash Bay equipment
• Fill gasoline tank and check fill levels of all fluids
• Prepare equipment and ensure that it is ready for customer pickup
• Assist with minor repairs and the painting of equipment
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to supervisor immediately
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Maintain logs of completed duties on a weekly basis
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form
• Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in store
• Attend department, store and safety meetings
• Perform other duties as requested

Skills/Qualifications: *

• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical movements for 8 or more hours per shift, including: standing, walking, bending, stooping, sitting, reaching, and squatting
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to withstand warehouse conditions, which may or may not be heated/cooled and have varying temperatures; must be able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Must have effective verbal communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be customer-focused, with an ability to provide friendly and professional service
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role strongly preferred
• Must have a demonstrated focus on details
• Must be reliable and punctual
