The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining visual plans for each retail location at Anakeesta, and assists the Retail Team with inventory levels, incoming shipments, and product distribution.

Reports to Director of Retail and works closely with all members of Retail staff.
Your Responsibilities

• Partners with Retail Director in the design, development of displays and inventory presentation
• Design, develop, and maintain a visual merchandising program that includes store displays and promotes product awareness
• Prepare visual merchandise displays in support of planned designs and projects
• Communicate, reinforce, and maintain department visual display standards, adjusting product displays and inventory quantities as demand permits
• Maintain store merchandise display and presentations through training and developing Retail Sales Associates
• Work with management and purchasing team to proactively create effective product flow strategies to maximize sales
• Maintain on open line of communication with Receiving Team on incoming shipment schedules
• Work with Retail Team with daily product deliveries and merchandising
• Research lifestyle and design trends to ensure merchandise displays are align with target audience preferences
• Assist Food and Beverage Team with product displays
• Other duties as assigned

What You Need

• 2 Years of Visual Merchandising Experience Required
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to effectively present information and ideas to management and retail team
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required
• High attention to detail required
