General Purpose and Scope


The Site Developer will work closely with multiple teams to gather requirements and find creative design solutions to manage our business process into Sitetracker and Salesforce most effectively and integrate with other key applications. Primary responsibilities will be to oversee Sitetracker development and maintenance, including both technically implementing and managing the resources in the most effective and efficient manner.


Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :

Support business requirements to provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform, including:

  • Requirements gathering and functional analysis
  • Communication with project managers, clients, technicians during development, including testing and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot process errors
  • Establish timelines to achieve development goals
Required Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce IDE tools
  • Proficiency in various database scripting languages
  • Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C# language
  • Well-versed with the Lightning framework
  • Familiarity with Sitetracker platform and telecommunications desired

Compensation & Benefits:

Hiring Compensation Range: $60k-$70k (compensation determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
