SERVICE TRACK
The Service Track covers all “Front of House” positions at Farrelli’s/McNamara’s restaurants. These positions include Host, Server, Cocktailer and Expo. (Bartenders should apply through specific application). We offer opportunities for everyone, from entry level through highly experienced hospitality professionals, to work in a friendly, team-focused environment. We take pride in our team and invest in developing talent and promoting from within. Those who show the desire and drive to grow will also be learning and mastering business systems and leadership skills.
All Team Members are expected to possess the following:
- Professional Image: In a clean uniform looking sharp—showered, clean, tidy appearance.
- Good Communication Skills: Able to listen to others for understanding and effectively communicate.
- Team Player: Understands current role; asks for help when needed; offers help when able; encourages others; never leaves crew hanging.
- Good Attitude: Positive and enjoyable to work with; accepts feedback and coaching.
- Conduct: On time, adheres to all standards, and expectations.
Able to lift 20-30 lbs. off the floor and to chest height numerous times per shift.
Able work 3-8 hours in a shift.
