Senior Recruiting Specialist (Hybrid Work Schedule) Job at BlackRock Resources LLC

Recruiting Specialist - Houston, TX
6-month contract (possibly longer)
Must be local. Hybrid work schedule 3 office/2 remote days per week
Up to 10% travel to field sites

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years knowledge and understanding of the full-life cycle of the recruiting process including recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Experience with behavioral interviewing, probing, and assessment methodologies
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing software, and employee databases (SuccessFactors a big plus!)
Must have proven capability in the following:
- Customer service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize one’s own work
- Demonstrated business acumen and internal consulting skills
- Proven team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and to develop and maintain collaborative working relationship
- Proven ability to think systemically and anticipate impacts to other groups, systems and processes
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues and determine the best solution or course of action to meet client needs
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within their client area and as a valued consultant to the hiring team
- Proven ability to balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities within tight timelines
- Knowledgeable of employer branding techniques
U.S. Citizen and local to Houston area required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
