Position summary:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing internal tooling, systems and related processes. Reporting to the i2 Program Director, you manage the design and integration of vendor sourced and internal tools used by stakeholders by all areas of the business and perform key roles as part of the program management team.
Qualifications required:
  • 24 or more months of progressing technical project management experience in a PMO environment (recent certification in combination with other project experience may be substituted for direct experience)
  • Verifiable track record of working with business and other stakeholders to implement software solutions
  • Ability to efficiently drive and manage multiple projects across a mix of SDLC models
  • A pragmatic approach to documenting processes and identifying opportunities or inefficiencies
  • Exposure to a mix of legacy and new tech stacks and product integrations
Qualifications desired:
  • Experience managing data and system integration projects
  • Experience working in a multi-company or divisional organization
  • Enterprise-level PMO operational exposure
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Coda, and similar cloud-based tooling
  • Certification and educational progression
Essential functions and responsibilities:
  • Work cooperatively with business and other stakeholders to understand and optimize their platforms and processes
  • Drive assigned projects to successful completion using provided tools and resources
  • Effective communication skills and ability to summarize project status to all levels of leadership
  • Manage projects across multiple organizational stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management

Physical demands and work environment
  • Must have use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, remote conferencing tools, and face to face contact
  • Must have the capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment such as but not limited to the computer, calculator, copier and fax machine
  • When working outside of the office (remote) must have dedicated and aurally secure, suitable workspace
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing

Compensation Range
$104,400.00 - $130,500.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
