A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Greater Richmond area.

POSITION: The Sales Manager will meet individual sales goals to support overall studio sales along with some day-to-day operational duties. Successful sales managers will have an opportunity to be promoted to General Manager as this position can serve as an in-training position for that role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales experience preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
• An affinity and passion for fitness
• Solid writing and grammar skills
• Proficient in use of social media
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
• Proficiency with computers and Studio software

*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

DUTIES:

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Membership and retail sales
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
