A successful candidate will be able to help develop a pipeline of individuals to sell to and then close the deals!

New Perspective is looking for a Sales Director for our assisted living and memory care community. This Sales Director role will work to plan and oversee the sales of New Perspective and services including the leasing of all suites, grows revenue and establishes maintains positive public contact in the community and expands referral source base to positively impact New Perspectives census quickly. This position is solely dedicated to a hearty soul ready to take on exciting challenges immediately,

Responsibilities

  • Self-motivator and initiator. Results driven and likes success.
  • Know, articulate, demonstrate and believe in the New Perspective mission, core beliefs and values.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Follow up and follow through skill set that leads to positive results.
  • Ability to multi-task, sometimes under great pressure.
  • Know all features, advantages, and benefits of the New Perspective Community, and effectively tours and presents our community to future residents and their families.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Demonstration of ability to establish long-term relationships.
  • Interest in working with the older adult population.
  • Strong computer experience including thorough knowledge of Word and Excel and ability to use or learn to use database software.
  • Ability to travel locally to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communications, marketing or related field.
  • More than 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience.
  • Sales experience using consultative approach.
