PRO-TEK Vaults is seeking a detail oriented, self motivated full-time Operations Research Analyst. The Operations Research Analyst will be responsible for gathering, collating, and interpreting production operations and financial data. The Operations Research Analyst will also be responsible for creating invoices and working with Accounting on the billing process. This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer with dotted line reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The Operations Research Analyst will also work closely with Operations and Accounting team members to perform their duties.

Responsibilities

• Using our inventory system (MediaPulse) and other input processes to source and manage information and statistics
• Utilizing industry standard software to compile information and communicate with the staff
• Building spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts, graphs, and other tools for information analysis
• Analyzing financial and operational data and presenting to the CEO, CFO, and COO
• Generating and distributing invoices to internal Accounting personnel and clients via email and client systems

Skills and Experience

• Experience interpreting trends from data
• General Accounts Receiveable knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Comfortable in mixed operating systems environment (Mac, PC)
• Familiarity with film and video formats a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
