Position Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care of residents. The Registered Nurse participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information about nursing services

Job Duties:

• 
  Conduct and document a thorough assessment of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident.
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Adheres to facility policies and procedures and participates in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
• Utilizes the policy and procedure for identification, placement, and monitoring residents in the appropriate programs.

• 
  Currently licensed in a good standing as a RN in Ohio.
• Must have long term care experience.
• Ability to collaborate with Medical Director, Physicians, and Director of Nursing.
• Ability to perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Proficient with Ohio skilled nursing regulation.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
