We are looking to hire Full-Time Customer Service Quality Assurance Agents to handle the quality monitoring of our company’s interactions with our consumers. This is not just another call center job. Skills/Requirements of Call Center Quality Assurance Agents:

  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Punctuality
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Team lead, Quality Assurance or floor training agent experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a definite plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitor customer interactions (Call, chat, email and social media) to assess the agent’s technical accuracy, customer service soft skills, and compliance to company policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify trends to pinpoint inefficiencies in current processes and procedures
  • Preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for management staff review
  • Participating in calibration sessions, employee communication sessions, and/or creation of communication tools
  • Providing structured and timely recommendations through verbal and/or written feedback to agents, leadership, and training
