Responsibilities:
QA Analysts at Guidehouse are given a unique opportunity to develop their skills in a variety of areas while working in a collaborative team environment that brings together individuals from different disciplines to provide our clients with innovative solutions to their most pressing problems. This particular role may also lead to an offer of employment at our key client, should the candidate demonstrate commensurate ability and consistently deliver high-quality work product. Our QA Analysts perform a wide range of functions including but not limited to:

Analytics and Problem Solving
– Guidehouse’s QA Analysts perform critical, value-add work that can directly impact a client’s bottom line. Responsibilities may include conducting quality reviews of completed case files completed by analysts, conducting detailed research, fact finding, and analysis, providing feedback to analysts and further supporting client deliverables.

Customer Due Diligence – Guidehouse team members will be tasked with reviewing completed customer files and determining whether the information contained in such files is consistent with the client’s customer due diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, policies, procedures, and processes for obtaining customer information. QA Analysts will sample and assess several completed KYC/CDD cases each month to evaluate adherence to the client’s policies and procedures.

Client Service and Project Management
– Our employees execute and deliver high quality engagement tasks both independently and in a collaborative setting with a focus on client satisfaction. Our QA Analysts play a lead role in supporting key client projects, ensuring projects are completed in an efficient manner to meet client deadlines.

Industry Knowledge and Development
– As a QA Analyst, you can expect to expand your industry knowledge and effectively articulate our key business propositions to clients.
Qualifications:

Please note that this is a remote position, with the exception of candidates based within DFW Texas, in which case commuting to the office on Mondays and Wednesdays will be expected.


Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Compliance role, preferably completing KYC/CDD cases or in a QA role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; writing skills are particularly important for this role.
  • Stellar analytical and research skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
  • The ability to quickly learn new skills and subject matter.
  • The ability to apply newly acquired skills using logic and reasoning to sets of transaction data.
  • The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • A highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career.
  • The ability to excel within a team environment and independently.
  • A demonstrable willingness to work more than 40 hours when needed.

Preferred:

  • An undergraduate degree with an overall GPA of 3.0 or better. Candidates from all disciplines, are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Visio.
Additional Requirements:
  • The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
  • The salary range for this role is between $77,500 and 116,300, and may vary depending on experience and location.
