This is a part time Mon-Fri position.

The compensation is $340/week. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

Here is what we have to offer you:

You will be trained to assemble Christmas light sets for technicians to install on customer homes. You will be tasked with ensuring each truck is stocked with the needed supplies each morning before they leave for the day. You will be responsible for counting inventory to ensure we have orders placed on time. This is a new position for us, so the duties may change as needed throughout the season but we'll let you know ahead of time so you're comfortable with it.

You will be trained in proper technique. Our training programs will get you up to

speed quickly.

You will be trained in our company culture so you can become a positive influence on our

awesome team, and so that our team can help you succeed at work and

in your personal life.

If you're interested in advancement, this will be a great way to get your foot in the door as a crew member. As a crewmember you will be paid a commission with earning potentials of $1200/week+. Your goal will be to quickly become a crew lead, where you can earn $1600/week+. At this stage, other benefits will kick in.

The basic requirements for this job are as follows:

-Must be able to lift over 60 lbs. easily and be able to carry ladders safely.

-Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work.

-Must be 18 or older.

-Must not be a jerk.
