You will also participate in annual performance reviews that will provide opportunities for two way feedback, as well as compensation adjustments.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling patient appointments, managing cancellations and encouraging rescheduling whenever possible;
• Handling new patient intake calls; accurately inputting demographic and insurance information into our scheduling software; assessing patient concerns to ensure they are booked with the appropriate PT/OT;
• Staying informed and being transparent with patients about their financial responsibility; collecting any outstanding balances;
• Managing patients’ prior authorization and referrals, requesting additional visits when needed and notifying patients when there may have a lapse in coverage;
• Responding quickly and thoroughly to emails and voicemails from both patients and coworkers.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday: 10:40am-7:20pm; and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:20am-4pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

JVPT staff are required to wear masks and are provided KN95 masks to wear in the clinic. With private treatment rooms and large gyms, it is easy to socially distance.
