We are seeking Mental Health Therapists to join our Outpatient TEAM!

We are looking for Therapists who are licensed in the state of North Carolina. Associate and Fully licensed Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services; including individual, family, marriage , and couples counseling
• Establish an open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner; comprehensive clinical assessments to be completed within 48 hours and clinical notes to be completed within 24 hours

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Human Services Related Field with two years Post-Masters Degree experience and licensure in North Carolina – LCSW(A) or LCMHC(A)
• Previous face to face experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Working knowledge of service delivery to individuals with mental health / substance abuse / developmental disability diagnosis is required
• Computer proficiency skills and experience working with Electronic Medical Records [EMR] is required
• Must provide all services and documentation in compliance with all State, Federal, and HIPAA Standards Policies and Procedures
• Must have a complete CAQH and NCTRACKS profile

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
