We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to support our locations in the Metrowest/Marlboro/Andover area. Our Maintenance Techs play a key role in keeping our bakery-cafes in top condition by addressing day-to-day maintenance issues. Traveling between assigned cafes, our Techs manage basic cosmetic and mechanical repairs in the region while working with our cafe and operations managers to help meet the highest standards. Plus, enjoy our delicious food at a discount while working!
- Facility maintenance, including but not limited to cosmetic, plumbing, electrical, light tile work, painting, and light equipment repair
Maintain safety standards at all times for our associates and guests
Maintain an open line of communication with café managers
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Daily travel within assigned region (company truck provided)

General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, basic carpentry, and light electrical

Three to five years maintenance experience preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Repeated walking, bending, stretching and occasional lifting of material/equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Able to clearly communicate with café managers, DMs, and supervisor
- Able to work a varied schedule
