We are presently seeking a Logistics Import / Export Specialist that will support the Corporate Supply Chain group in developing a duty drawback program across our international manufacturing and distribution locations:

Your responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally to develop & implement systems, processes, and improvements to duty drawback programs, including document-retention practices, import and export reports, and accounting to manage customs tax impact on profitability;
• Identify, develop, and carry to completion duty drawback claims for all business units, driving process change, organizing shipping archives, and reporting claim data with 3rd party partners to ensure US Customs audit readiness;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on activities, trends, and developments in customs brokerage and trade compliance that will affect any manufacturing or distribution businesses;
• Navigate multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and other physical / digital archives to organize and act on supply chain data with guidance from management experts;
• Develop and manage internal training related to duty drawback, international logistics, and supply chain data;
• Support Corporate Supply Chain group as an international logistics subject matter expert in all related projects.

Your requirements:

• Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or Business-related 4-year degree -or- 4+ years of experience in Import/Export Compliance, Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, or Corporate Legal Assistant Work with a desire to finish BA-equivalent degree within 3 years of start date;
• Possess strong data analytic and excel skills;
• Self-disciplined, driven to work through multiple projects at once, and adhere to deadlines;
• Work independently with limited management oversight;
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time;
• Desire to develop a High-Tech Manufacturing Supply Chain-related career.

Pay Range: $80K to $100K annually, depending on experience
