Are you a licensed agent tired of working stale leads? Do you wish you could spend your time with clients that need to make a change right now?

Toyota Insurance and Bob Johnson Services have partnered to sell property and casualty insurance, in-dealership to clients who are actively making an insurance change.

We are seeking a high performer to join Bob Johnson Services, part of the Bob Johnson Auto Group family of automotive dealerships in the greater Rochester area. Our dealer agency approach will deliver insurance prospects at the exact time they need to make an insurance decision – when they are purchasing their new vehicle!

What will you do as an agent with us?

  • Engages customers as an integrated part of the dealership.
  • Provide quotes and submit applications based on acquired risk information and customer requirements
  • Use knowledge and selling skills to build value in the products tailored to the customer, converting opportunities into sales
  • Advise prospects and policyholders on coverage, including coverage limits, features, and benefits of the policy
  • Follow-up and pursue potential customers
  • Service and build upon current policyholder relationships, resulting in policy renewals
  • Support the full services of the dealership: automotive sales, service, and collision repair

Requirements:


Required education, knowledge, and experience

  • Insurance sales experience: 2 years preferred; 1 year required
  • Must hold an active Property & Casualty license
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the desire to interact with customers
  • High-level organizational skills that reflect in the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Initiative-taker that works well independently and with a sales team
  • Excels at customer service and verbal/written communications
  • Sales leadership
