We are seeking to fill the following role within our organization.

Lead Social Coach – shifts vary - $20-30/hr based on experience

We are looking for professionals (SLP, M.Ed., LMHC, OTR-L, LSW etc...) with experience managing small groups of children. Training in Social Thinking ® by Garcia-Winner and Zones of Regulation ® by Kuypers highly desired. Coaches comfortable with elementary through high school groups. Coaches will be matched with groups they are most suited for by skill and experience.

Coaches are responsible for the planning and delivery of weekly social-emotional lessons to meet the needs of assigned clients, supervision of Program Assistant, collaboration with other Lead Coaches and Leadership Team and parent communication regarding client progress. This role requires a calm demeanor, ability to relate to children of all abilities, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills and reliability.
