IT Tech Support Analyst Job at Snell & Wilmer
Snell & Wilmer has a full-time opportunity for an IT Tech Support Analyst position in our Phoenix Office. This is an exciting opportunity to start or grow your IT career in a professional environment providing front-line IT support for the firm.
The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime, travel, on-call and weekend hours as needed.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide front-line IT support for a variety of IT-related tasks, including:
- Assist/teach staff/secretaries/paralegals/attorneys (over the phone and in person) with complex documents and software.
- Quickly identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and other technical issues.
- Assist in managing/testing IT hardware, software, and server data.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office 2016/O365 skills required.
- Law firm software and help desk experience is preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to modify work hours, if necessary.
