Some of What You’ll do:

• 
  Create a positive experience for customers encouraging repeat business and loyal customers

• Use your expertise in customer service to meet the needs of new and existing customers

• Follow up with leads and from all touch points including: dealer portal, DMS, CRM system and website

• Participate in sales and marketing activities to encourage new sales leads

• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information during every contact

• Make proactive outbound calls to schedule appointments for lease end customers

• Learn new skills and while taking your career to new heights

What we are looking for:

• 
  Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• 1-2 years call center experience, sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

• Excellent customer service skills

• Professional work ethic and high integrity

• Ability to work as a team and/or independently

• Strong problem solving and follow up skills
