Residential Coordinator –
responsible for supervision of residents and employees. Duties include implementation and monitoring of overall service plans for residents, coordinate with Program Director on developing plans, financial matters, psychological and social service needs. Responsible for maintaining records in accordance with agency policies; supervise/train employees; complete monthly schedule for employees; carry out policies and procedures of agency. This person will work closely with Program Director.
Schedule – Majority of hours will be evenings. 1 weekend a month; or as needed per staffing schedule(s).
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with developmental disabilities preferred, experience in other human service areas or disability areas considered
Valid Driver’s license required
Proficiency in MS word, and other data bases helpful
Superior interpersonal and organization skills
Wage – DOE
