We offer our cleaners a new way to work—with direct integration and access to our Job Management Portal to set your hours and availablity, plus see earnings, tips, etc.—all in our unique mobile app. And, at Red Rover, we empower you to specify the hours you want to work and the distance you're willing to travel!

That's why, compared to most of our competitors in central Ohio, we offer very competitive pay (our cleaners average more than $20/hour with tips and bonuses) The Red Rover team will help set your appointments for you and tackle all customer-service issues to save you the time and energy to focus on doing great cleaning work. The team also handles all payment collection for completed jobs and any recurring appointment scheduling.

We do have a few non-negotiable qualifications you'll need to meet to be considered for an interview—and a job—with Red Rover. The best candidates have:

• A driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• At least one year's experience in customer service AND as a house cleaner, housekeeper, or in commercial cleaning.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• A reputation for reliability, consistency, and excellence. In short, you do what you say you'll do when you say you'll do it and you do it very well.
• A willingness to learn and be coached. We don't expect our team members to get everything right every time, but we do expect them to have a growth mindset and to learn from mistakes.
• If your resume does not include prior housecleaning, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience, we will not contact you for an interview.
