ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • A + certification preferred
  • Independently install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
  • Resolve help desk trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Using remote desktop support software to assist associates with computer issues.
  • Update help desk tickets with detailed documentation explaining cause and corrective action taken.
  • Multitask and prioritize tickets and projects efficiently.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Create standard operating procedures and technical documentation for internal associates as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisor and provide status updates on a regular basis
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and records of equipment and material for maintenance and installation projects in Don’s Asset Tracking programs
  • May oversee work and performance of subcontractors engaged in projects in assigned zone in order to ensure compliance with work orders.
  • May be Project Lead for small desktop projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
