Riverwood is a premier gated community in Port Charlotte FL. We are looking for a reliable Safety & Access Control Gate Attendant to work for the Riverwood Community Development District. A self-starter with a willingness to work independently is required.
The Gate Attendant will work 2 overnight shifts, 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM and 1 weekend afternoon shift 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
The attendant should possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Duties include the ability to communicate using appropriate and firm communication skills while remaining polite to the residents and their guests. Attendant must have a valid drivers’ license, know how to work a computer, be able to work in the US, pass a background check and have reliable transportation. The attendant will be fully trained for the position.
