We are looking to hire a Manager, FP&A. The individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office. The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the outlook of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Drives annual budget and period forecasts; track performance vs. targets and communicates variances
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to support the company's strategic initiatives in the pursuit of organic and inorganic growth opportunities
  • Facilitate the deal execution process and the building of robust model frameworks to evaluate and execute against new growth opportunities
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets at the
  • Perform pricing and costing analysis for existing or new products lines
  • Evaluate financial ramifications of current and potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Develop complex valuation models, incorporating DCF, trading & transaction comparable and other valuation methods
  • Prepare and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
  • Knowledge of financial metrics commonly used in performing analysis (i.e. IRR, NPV and ROI)
  • Preform related duties as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required
  • MBA preferred
  • 5 plus years in finance or related field
  • Payments and/or Financial Services experience preferred
  • Experience in developing and working with financial models
  • Able to work with big data from various sources
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Access and/or similar database applications
  • Ability to learn other software programs quickly

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This work is performed in a business office setting. The working environment in the call center can be distracting due to noise. Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Must be an excellent listener. This position requires continuous looking at a computer screen and sitting while handling calls. Daily contact with management and with co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor. Lifting of 10 pounds or less, which can be accommodated.

SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

The employee could be responsible for supervising other positions.

A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated. Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required. Position requires successfully passing a drug test prior to hire and upon any accident / incident or discharge of firearm while on duty.
