The ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITER assists in recruiting quality medical professionals and placing them on temporary assignments throughout Texas.
This is a PART TIME POSITION with the potential to become FULL TIME.

The ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITER assists in recruiting quality medical professionals and placing them on temporary assignments throughout Texas.
This is a PART TIME POSITION with the potential to become FULL TIME.
Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a positive attitude and a “loyalty to company" attitude for self and in communication with fellow staff, clients, and temporary employees
- Post ads, search and review resumes, and pre-screen applicants by phone
- Organize, help with administration duties
- Set up assessments test for applicants
- Answer telephone calls in a positive, professional manner
- Treat all applicants with respect, integrity, and professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
- Human Resources, or Staffing, or Recruiting experience is preferred.
- Must be self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented.
- MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS
- Must have the ability and the flexibility to identified and respond to changes in priorities.
- Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional
- Must be a proficient communicator and listener.
- Must present professional and clean image through work attire.
- Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills.
Pay: Negotiable
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday – 20 - 30 hours per week
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Associate (Preferred but not required)
