What You’ll Do:

As the Employee Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies related to the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role will drive an employee-centric focus across the organization through all company offerings to facilitate team member growth and retention and ensure the Company’s mission, vision, and values are being carried out.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Effectively partner with internal departments to pulse employee engagement through engagement surveys and other means of feedback collection; Analyze data and make recommendations to leadership; Utilize feedback to create and implement action plans that drive positive employee engagement.
  • Assist in assessing organizational needs, including researching competitor offerings, and recommending how the company can maintain a competitive advantage in the areas of employee perks, compensation and benefits, development, and recognition; successfully execute on deliverables related to the same.
  • Serve as the lead for the Community Impact/Philanthropy committee, contributing to the company’s overall ESG strategy.
  • Develop and oversee employee recognition programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment and culture.
  • In partnership with the Corporate Events Specialist, oversee strategy and execution of employee events and programs such as the company’s annual conference, the annual holiday party, the annual awards program, and other ad hoc team building activities and employee engagement celebrations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define career pathing for various roles and departments to support the retention and development of current team members.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for corporate new hires, partnering with all departments to ensure an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Develop, implement, and analyze measurable employee engagement metrics to track team member engagement over time.
  • Partner with corporate marketing team on internal staff communications and overall strategy.
  • In partnership with the Director of Human Resources, develop and successfully execute on leadership development programming, inclusive of overseeing the corporate external professional development program and budget.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a human resources role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Previous experience identifying opportunities for increased employee engagement and execution of action plan.
  • Previous experience using an employee engagement survey tool highly desired.
  • Previous experience working with various departments to successfully implement programs and other initiatives
  • Successful record of building new programs, improving existing programming, and supporting engagement for high performing teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
