Are you known for your ‘can-do’ attitude and engaging personality? Our team is seeking a full-time front office receptionist for our periodontal practice in beautiful south Bellevue! Our focus is not on years of experience, but rather true motivation to grow and strong work ethic.
We are a growing Periodontal private practice office. We strive for high quality service for our patients, referrals, and community. We want to create a great culture and all grow together.
Requirements:
1. Positive and enthusiastic attitude
2. Exceptional customer service and communication
3. Problem solving skills and adaptable
4. Self motivated but also a team player
5. Computer skills
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Insurance billing and verification of benefits
2. Collections and posting accounts
3. Patient check-in, scheduling appointments, reviewing treatment plans
4. Patient and referral relations and marketing
5. Some back office help
We pay a competitive wage dependent on experience.
