Construction Project Manager Job at Peridot CM, LLC
Peridot, a construction management company based in Milwaukee, is seeking for immediate hire an experienced project manager for multifamily and mixed use construction. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, supervise and execute construction projects to include: pre-construction scope review, contracts, subcontractor selection, subcontractor scope review, governmental requirements, owner requirements, time and cost budgets and project execution.
- Utilize your construction management experience and ability to be resourceful and take initiative, as required.
- Oversee all aspects of the building process while closely coordinating with Peridot on-site personnel and sub-contractors.
- Organize and oversee construction processes and procedures ensuring they are completed on-time, to plans and specifications, and with-in budget.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, governmental agencies and departments, and owner representative(s) to develop, clarify nd execute plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety nd building codes and governmental requirements.
- Prepare, execute, and track cost and time budgets with periodic reporting to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor, evaluate, communicate, resolve, and report contract, technical and governmental matters in a clear and timely manner.
- A working knowledge of Procore ideal, but will train.
- Competency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
