Job Summary
The Club Server is responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and providing a quality customer experience for our guests.
Essential Job Duties:
- Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver in a timely manner.
- Comply with all NC ABC regulations.
- Monitor guests, clear dishes, and refill beverages.
- Maintain positive client and customer relations.
- Deliver check, redeem payment, and thank guests.
- Display a positive and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
- Adhere to CRVA policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one year related experience and/or training.
