As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be a vital member of the Client Experience Team. You will engage with clients daily via telephone and email, providing them top rated support and addressing their business needs in a timely manner. Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Professionally manage inbound and outbound Client communications.

· Engage with Clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their requests and concerns.

· Proactively identify and communicate opportunities to improve the Client experience and improve Westrock Coffee earnings.

· Build sustainable relationships and engage Clients by going the extra mile.

· Transfer callers to appropriate work groups, as needed.

· Receive and place product orders accurately and within service level expectations.

· Utilize communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for the benefit of Westrock Coffee and the Client.

· Collaborate with management team to stay up to date on policies, new training, etc.

· Record Client information in Client Experience CRM database.

· Process outgoing USPS invoice duties

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Client Experience (Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Ordering, Billing,)

· 2+ years Call Center Experience

· Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Billing or Ecommerce (Shopify) system experience preferred

· Experience using CRM, Accounting, or other software application

· NetSuite experience preferred

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Advanced interpersonal skills

· Advanced conflict management and problem-solving skills

· Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships

· Ability to create a positive experience in every Client interaction

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
