MCC is looking for a CIO who will be instrumental in leading a modern technology environment, while building and supporting cross-functional, inclusive teams. The CIO is a critical partner in leading IT modernization efforts for the College by setting the overall technology strategy that aligns and executes alongside the College mission.

You need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field. You also need 10 years of progressively responsible management experience in the field of IT, including 2 years of senior IT leadership.
You will direct and organize IT initiatives across the College, guide project management to achieve on-time completion and effectively mentor, coach and develop a large staff.
