Call Center Representative Job at VNA Care
Position Summary:
Using high level customer services skills this position receives, triages and distributes all incoming calls for the Agency.
Education:
= High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree preferred
Experience:
= Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience.
= Strong and accurate computer skills (including Excel, Word and Power Point).
= Strong organizational and communication skills.
