BHT/Case Manager Role and Responsibilities
Shift is Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm
- Complete rounds on all residences
- Check-in with clients and notify other staff if they seem distressed and identify issue(s)
- Monitor clients taking medication
- Wash linen and prepare rooms for new admits at supervisor request
- Perform safety checks on residences
- Complete shift notes
- Complete medication counts as needed
- Administer UDS if requested by staff or if there is suspicion of drug use
- Report any curfew violations or unapproved visitors to clinical team
- Facilitate check in for evening groups and obtain vitals
- Facilitate admissions for new clients entering the program
- Desired candidate needs to be willing to certify in CPR, know how to administer Narcan, be trained in de-escalation strategies, be comfortable taking temperatures and vitals.
- Role involves case management responsibilities including providing accountability, recovery/life skills education, coordinate client care with multi-disciplinary team, and discharge planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
