Bartender
The Bartender is to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing ethical food with exceptional service at a great value. Bartenders work in the front of the house taking orders, serving food and making handcrafted drinks, and removing dinnerware from the bar in a timely manner.
Activities & Responsibilities
Primary
- Greeting Guest in a timely Fashion to company standards
- Guiding guest through our menu with full knowledge
- Taking orders and placing orders through POS
- Running and Serving Food and Drinks
- Following Recipes, making and deliver handcrafted cocktails
- Ability to obtain restaurant cleanliness by completing opening, running and closing side works
- Taking correct payment and cash handling
- Opening and Closing the restaurant by the ability to move equipment and furniture
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 Year in full service dining atmosphere REQUIRED
- Professional communication skills are required
- Ability to take direction
- Top Notch customer service capability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- License/Qualifications:
- Food Handlers permit required $10.00 would be deducted from Paycheck if not produced.
- Must be able to work Sunday, Monday, nights, weekends and some holidays
