J R Grace Realty is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced with property management or someone new to the field. You will work for a growing company which offers an excellent work environment and the chance to be a part of a successful team of high performers. You will collaborate with office staff with supervision from the Property Manager.

Summary of Qualifications

You must have a Real Estate License for the State of Texas or be willing and able to be licensed.

You must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities

Build a rapport with tenants

Complete Renewal of leases in a timely manner

In charge of all delinquent tenants

Talk on the phone, communicate clearly and promptly via email

Explain and enforce company policies and procedures

Maintain organization amid a fast paced work environment.

Maintain company database

Maintain, use, analyze data and reports in the court of doing the job

Full Time Monday through Friday with Overtime available on occasion

Opportunity to use your Real Estate license for listing and sales

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Real Estate License

Solid knowledge and skill with software and technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
