Your goal as an Admissions Counselor is to communicate the benefits of a Hesston College education and experience with prospective students, walking with them from initial contact to the day they start as a student. Being an effective admissions counselor takes lots of motivation, energy, organization, and skill. Your goal will be to bring in over 50 students each school year. To do this you will need to be self-motivated, willing to travel, and committed to recruiting a vibrant and diverse student body.

Our goal is to find someone with a bachelor’s degree (associate degree or higher required) with previous experience in recruiting prospective students. If you speak Spanish, that is certainly of interest. Located 30 minutes north of Wichita, Kansas, Hesston College is a private, Christian liberal arts college that operates on a mixed model.
