About the job:
We are currently looking for a motivated administrative assistant to work onsite at our office located in North Kansas City. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a growing environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to customers to book appointments.
- Working with sales representatives to schedule follow ups.
- Data entry, organization, and file maintenance.
- Review and answer emails.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be 18 and over and legally able to work in the US
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Professional behavior
