About the Role
This role will be responsible for assisting our Accounts Receivable team with responding to internal and external inquiries, reconciling the billing system, helping the payment application team and working on projects to improve our processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Customer Success Team in handling all Billing and AR emails and requests that come from both internal and external stakeholders
- Daily reconciliation of premium transactions in our Billing system (NetSuite) to ensure we are invoicing customers correctly
- Assist Payment Application team with researching discrepancies and following up on missing remittances
- Compile necessary reports on an ad hoc basis to comply with requests from auditors
- Work with AR team to identify opportunities to limit toil and improve customer experience within the AR process
- Other miscellaneous duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Billing and/or Accounts Receivable
- Successfully works independently with little instruction
- Thrive in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Suite of products
- Ability to succeed in a fast pace and changing environment
- Strong communication skills focused on customer service
- Detail oriented that thinks critically and analytically
- Experience using a Mac is preferred
Coalition's individual pay is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, location, level, skills and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $90,000, and your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process.
