Accounts Billing Specialist
Primary Objective
The Accounts Billing Specialist is responsible for effective billing management, analysis and problem resolution of company’s last-mile delivery vendors and customer accounts.
The individual needs to be very organized, self- starter, responsible, detail oriented and work well with others and proven track record.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS:
- Reviewing last-mile delivery carries’ , including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS ,and Pitney Bowes invoices and billing files to identify errors
- Reviewing and evaluating the status of customer accounts
- Weekly collection activities including making and receiving collection inquiries both via email and telephone
- Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels (mail, email, etc.)
- Resolve customer disputes by providing additional information and research to customers
- Receive payments through various methods (wire transfer, online payments, etc.) and process/apply payments through the company’s system
- Assist to file the third-party carriers’ claims, and collect and update claim results and compensation checks in a timely manner
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ Years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related degree preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V-Lookups, etc)
- Team player

- Willingness to learn
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Well organized and pays close attention to detail
- English is a must and Chinese is highly preferred
